As a ministry training college, our mission is to partner with local churches and pastors around the country and the world in the training of their church members for ministry. While here at IBC students are required to be faithful servants in approved local churches within driving distance of the campus, and our class structure is set up to allow students to be very active in their local church even during the semester.

We are committed to decidedly conservative music standards and standards of holiness that show a separation from the world and a dedication to Christ. We are passionate about mentoring the Christian leaders of this generation and the next. We challenge our students to have a heart for God and a manner of life that is worthy to follow. Our faculty is passionate about committing what they have learned to faithful men who shall be able to teach others also.
